Follow our progress as we take a beloved garden from neglected to resplendent
The owner of this garden used to be a teacher, and spent her summers happily digging and planting. But a change in careers and a newly developed allergy to wasps forced her to put away her trowel. She tried landscape companies, but they sent unskilled workers who didn’t know a weed from a peony. After one of them cheerfully ripped out all her giant allium bulbs, she was ready to give up.
That’s where we came in.
Working with the owner’s preferences and budget, we are slowly beginning the process of returning her garden to its former glory: pruning, weeding, and dividing our way back to civilization. Our goal is to make the garden more cohesive, more suited to the changing environment of sun and shade, and lower maintenance to suit the owner’s needs. There are plants to move, plants to remove, walls to rebuild, a path to widen, and bushes to prune…all with a goal of creating a classic English style garden.
Stay with us as we dig our way through the process of restoration. You can set a lot of plants in a day, but a garden takes time.
We don’t sell miracles, but we do deliver dreams.
